Starring: Terry Scott, June Whitfield and Reginald Marsh
Classic British sitcom that ran throughout the 80s. It stars Terry (played by Terry Scott) and June (played by June Whitfield). It basically covers their life as a middle aged married couple and their family, and tells of their ups and downs along the way, often with some hilarious results. Things constantly go wrong for Terry and the part is brilliantly played by Terry Scott, whose facial expressions are brilliantly suited to comedy. It is extremely difficult to pick out any one scene as there are so many through the series but if you want good old fashioned (and sometimes predictable) humour then you cant get better than this. The programme is largely a reworking of Happy Ever After, a 70s series starring both Terry and June.Terry Scott and June Whitfield began their television partnership in Scott On in 1968.The BBC planned a feature-length film, entitled Terry and June - The Movie, but it was never made.
