80s TV: Cops & Mystery Shows
The 1980s gave us some of the best cop/mystery/detective shows to have ever graced our TV screens! What a decade this was and these classics still stand up today, with some (thankfully) being re-run on our television sets time and time again, giving us a nostalgic trip down memory lane. What a joy it is to see Tom Selleck in his Hawaiian shirts in Magnum P.I. again and J.B Fletcher solving murder mysterys everywhere she goes in Murder She Wrote. It also gives a new generation an insight into what they missed and earns the shows new fans from a different generation, yey! There were so many at the top of the air waves who can forget The Professionals, Dempsey and Makepeace, Hill Street Blues or our introduction to the great Bruce Willis in Moonlighting?
